Blue life guard tower on RAT Beach with cliffs of green foilage behind them. The lifeguard shack is closed and there are Lifeguard Off Duty notices posted. The name RAT Beach has several possible means but no official answer. For some it means Right After Torrance and others it means Redondo and Torrance because it is located where the two south bay cities meet.

For over 20 years Craig Brewer was an advertising and editorial photographer working with ad agencies and editorial magazines shooting on assignment. Craig won many awards for his photography and later moved to California where he joined the Photographers Guild and shot production and advertising stills for television shows. Today Craig is concentrating on landscapes, still life photo illustration, and the world around him.
